Acceptance of Terms
The following contract outlines KTB SOFTWARE LLC's Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). By downloading, installing, and using KTB SOFTWARE LLC products and services (the "Service"), you agree and acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Agreement in its entirety and agree to be bound by its terms. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service, including those with paid accounts.
1. Changes at Any Time
KTB SOFTWARE LLC reserves the right to modify or replace the terms of this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. If the changes constitute a material change, KTB SOFTWARE LLC will notify you by posting an announcement on the KTB SOFTWARE LLC website. What constitutes a material change will be determined by KTB SOFTWARE LLC in its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review and become familiar with any such modifications. Use of our Service following notice of a material change to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
2. Service Availability
KTB SOFTWARE LLC provides the Service "as is," with all faults, without representations or warranties of any kind. KTB SOFTWARE LLC does not guarantee the continued availability of the Service or any specific features of the Service. KTB SOFTWARE LLC may change the Service, impose usage or service limits, suspend the Service, or block certain types of use at its sole discretion. The security, accuracy, and timeliness of data are not guaranteed; loss, errors, delays, or omissions may occur.
The speed and quality of the Service may vary, and the Service may be unavailable, including for emergencies, third-party service failures, transmission, equipment or network problems or limitations, interference, signal strength, and maintenance and repair, and may be interrupted, refused, restricted, or curtailed.

(a) KTB SOFTWARE LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors (collectively, the “KTB SOFTWARE LLC Parties”) make no warranties or representations regarding the Service and any content (including gifts) provided on the Service, including, without limitation, their accuracy, reliability, completeness, suitability, timeliness, or reliability. KTB SOFTWARE LLC Parties are not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy or completeness of any Content on the Service or any other information communicated to any user, or for any errors, mistakes or omissions therein, or for any delays or interruptions in the data or information stream caused by any reason. As a user, you agree that your use of the Service and any of its content is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for all content that you upload to the Service.
(b) KTB SOFTWARE LLC Parties do not warrant that the Service will operate error-free or that the Service and any content thereon (including Gifts) are free of computer viruses or similar contamination or destructive features. If your use of the Service or any of its content results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, no KTB SOFTWARE LLC Party is responsible for those costs.
(c) The Service and all of its content (including Gifts) are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. Accordingly, KTB SOFTWARE LLC Parties disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, non-infringement of third party rights and fitness for a particular purpose.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites ("External Websites") or the ability to share information with third-party websites ("External Websites"). KTB SOFTWARE LLC does not endorse any External Websites or the content provided on such External Websites. All External Websites and any of their content are developed and provided by others. If you have any questions about such content located on these External Websites, you should contact the website administrator or webmaster of such External Websites. KTB SOFTWARE LLC is not responsible for the content of any External Websites and does not make any representations about the content or accuracy of any materials on such External Websites. When downloading files from all websites, you should take precautions to protect your computer and mobile device from viruses and other destructive programs. If you decide to visit any External Websites, purchase any content from External Websites, or subscribe to services provided by such External Websites, you do so at your own risk.
